By six p.m. I am back at the computer for a couple more hours. If you stick to a similar, routine you will establish a discipline to see you through the late night disasters, and pre-launch nightmares.
Health Tip Number Three
Eat regular meals: don?t snack at the desk.
I know sometimes the demands on Internet Marketing preclude regular breaks and snacking at the desk becomes a temptation. Do not give in. Establish a routine and stick to it. What you consume at the desk is 99% of the time junk food. Now I know the pious among you will claim you munch on carrot and celery sticks. However, for the rest of us a no food at the desk policy is the best policy.

Know when to push away.
Internet Marketing is an endlessly fascinating enterprise. Check the email one last time for that lead you need to hit your daily stats.
